After I ran this I couldn't access any of my privacy settings because they all say that they are being managed by my organization. How do I get this control back? I need my camera and my Microphone back.

There are people asking how to revert back e.g. microphone & camera settings and reinstalling Windows defender etc. Checkout https://github.com/undergroundwires/privacy.sexy for all revert options for it. Many scripts from here are updated there and recommended pool would give you safer tweaks.
I recommend generating your own script using the GUI as you can just then download a file and run it. However you want to do it manually here I copied the scripts generated from there (you need to run those as administrator):

I found the sulotion, it’s in the hosts file:
Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
Search for skype and remove both lines found.

You're probably missing WbioSrvc service that's deleted by the script. If you run sfc /scannow, it would get the service back and then privacy.sexy revert would configure the service to run.

This task is widely misunderstood in forum posts across the Internet, claiming that it disables running explorer.exe with an elevated security token. It's actually the opposite. When present, this gives administrators on the PC an elevated explorer.exe (it runs your desktop with: explorer.exe /NOUACCHECK ) and removes the annoying prompts like, "You don't currently have permission to access this folder. Click Continue to permanently get access..." (among other things)

I have a collection of debloaters, which i just uploaded to my repository Fixed_Windows_Debloaters. In fact, it includes "broken" debloaters from authors that didnt know what they were doing, only throughout the year i made changes to it until it was safe (no breakage of important Windows features, etc). I removed the blatant stupidity for my own continued use, and also added additional procedures, i've collected them in the subfolders of the attached file. Have fun with it @wefalltomorrow
