  • 6-7 weeks

  • lectures 1-2 times a week
  • lecture 1.5-2 hours talk

Stages

  1. Market research, brief creation
  2. Business plan + complete course plan + project approval
  3. 3 months of marketing
  4. Launch - 1-st
  5. Retrospective (was it OK, feedbacks, what to change, did get enough)
  6. Preparation of professional videos: the most common/needed topics

First launch is live lectures - to save production time
