Sleep Improvement Journal 1

Don't drink liquids 90 minutes before bed, ideally longer but 90 minutes is the cutoff.

The last thing you should do before going to bed is urinate.

Look at your Urine if its clear before you go to bed, you are very likely to wake up again.

Daily Regiment to have good sleep:

Take all of the caffeine you are going to take for the day in the first 30 minutes of waking up.

Sleeping supplements.

Testosterone pills work great for getting into deep sleep, I personally take Tribulus. I am also planning on taking Tongkat Ali.

Take Zinc.

Before bed:

Take your test. supplements and magnesium.

Some supplements to consider taking but I haven't taken:

Glycine: "A dose of 3g before bed has been shown to improve sleep quality and increase deep sleep in research studies. It works by lowering core body temperature."

L-theanine: "200-400mg may help promote relaxation and deeper sleep states. It's naturally found in green tea but supplements provide higher doses."
