Project: Number Guesser

Group Member Names: Samuel Coleman & Eduardo Rodriguez

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

We want to become more comfortable using JavaScript and styling. We want to build a functioning number guesser. We will know we are successful if it's easy and simple and fulfills all of the requirements in each phase.

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):

Working together and collaborating in person. Frequent communication and staying on the same page. Assigning roles and letting the other person know what section we're working on.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

Reaching out to one another when we encounter obstacles and problems.  

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):

We are planning to work for a few hours after class most days this week and next. We plan to meet up Friday to work on the project. We will play it by ear for the rest of the weekend, work remotely or pair.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?):

We will stay in touch using slack as often as needed. We both have the apps on our phones and keep notifications on. We will communicate and compromise when needed.

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

We both need to practice working with JavaScript and styling. 

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

We will work together until we decide how best we can split up the work load.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):

We will attempt git workflow and communicate when attempting to use these tools that are new to us. 

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

We will keep our feedback positive and try to be understanding when recieving it.

Project management tools we will use:

Slack, GitHub, Pen & Paper, Sublime, and Spectacle.

Day 1 Agenda:

Drawing a good wireframe and creating a good HTML structure. 

Additional Notes:

We are excited to work together. This is all new to the both of us. 

Looks like a good starting plan!
