Up until 2016 they called went by the title Unfollowers (old website unfollowers.com) before rebranding to Statusbrew. They rebranded as they orignally only Intagrationed with Twitter but as the projects grown it will now intagrate with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Plus,

This service can be used with many different social media accounts (like facebook), however this free account is limitated to one account (for more info see the below free account limations section). Here is a list of the twitter specific features I'm using it for:
Schedule Social Media Posts: This schedules social media posts by uploading a csv file with a list of your posts you'd like to be posted over time (i.e. you can schedule a post to be posted every weekday).
Auto Direct Message New Followers: If you have anyone new following one of these messages get sent to their inbox (The interface looks the same as the interface in the image above).

I'll start by saying it's open source, so you can likly see features get adapeted quickly. You can create an account and start using at Bottr.me or create a mod-ed out version of your own by visiting their open source documentation Bottr.co or the Github Repo.
Includes Free Plan: Yes. Its open source. Pricing: freeeee. Provides Bulk Uploading Tool? No. I think it uses AI. Have I Personally Used it? Yes. I played with it and it wasn't actually posting. I couldn't really make since of it. I it was asking a lot of question so I think it uses AI to create post on your behalf and it ask questions to understand your writing style. Intagrations: Twitter, Facebook Twillio.
Buffer has a beautiful interface worth revisting. I think it looks like a better alternative to StatusBrew even.

Here are some more alternatives to look at the the above don't fit your fancy Tweetdeck (Alexa Global Rating 2,319,860 as of March 2017), Buffer, SproutSocial, HubSpot, Social Oomph and Social Flow These are all atomation tools but they all work a bit differnet.
