How can we recreate the issue ourself to verify findings? What software (name, version, ie. Windows PowerShell, v 5.1 or SQL Management Studio, v 0.123 etc) is neccesary in order to replicate / what did you use?

Any supporting INFORMATION

Scripts (ideally attached, alternatively as code); errors (in a format of log files / error messages; screenshots only if there is no error output at all or you can describe the screenshot!)

[Optional] Theory

Formulate a theory on possible cause, what do you think is the issue, and if you have any suggestions for solution to test!
