Fitness Goals

Future

  • Run a 5k in less than... 19:45?
  • Run a trail race
  • Run two marathon distances in a year
  • Run 1500km in the year
  • Bench press my bodyweight
  • Run 2000km in a year
  • Run longer than a marathon
  • Run two marathon races in a year
  • Go ten years without going below 500km in a year

2025

  1. Do some trail running more than once (1 so far)
  2. Manage 100 runs in the year
  3. Run during every holiday away from home (actually I did that for the abroad holidays last year but not the UK ones)
  4. Run four half marathon distances 1/4
  5. Get back to some regularity of weights

2024

    • Not sure what this should mean, half marathon at least every 3 months perhaps?
