Entity Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

This Contributor License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

In consideration of the opportunity to contribute to the Astral SDK, the Entity agrees that:

  1. All Contributions submitted to the Project are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

  2. The Entity confirms that its employees and contractors who contribute are authorized to do so on behalf of the Entity.

  3. The Entity grants to Sophia Systems Corporation a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and sublicense Contributions submitted by its authorized contributors.
