rspec puppet debugging

Seems with recent rspec-puppet the Puppet::Util::Log have to be in a before(:each):

RSpec.configure do |conf|
  conf.before(:each) do
    Puppet::Util::Log.level = :debug
    Puppet::Util::Log.newdestination(:console)
  end
end
