1. Stop the Windows 11 Installation

    Pause Windows Updates:
        Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
        Click on Pause updates for 7 days to temporarily stop the update process.

    Stop the Windows Update Service:
        Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
        Scroll down to Windows Update in the list of services.
        Right-click on Windows Update and select Stop.

combo.

When dropbear starts, it enables networking [2]. This results in netplan configs
for available ifaces created under /run/netplan. After unlocking, the configs
