Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to this project!

This Contributor License Agreement (“Agreement”) documents the rights granted by contributors to the project maintainers of [Project Name] (“We” or “Us”). This Agreement is effective as of the date You make a contribution to the project.

1. Definitions

"You" (or "Your") shall mean the copyright owner or legal entity authorized by the copyright owner that is making a contribution to this project.

"Contribution" shall mean any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, submitted by You to Us, in any form and through any communication channel, including GitHub pull requests, issues, or emails.

2. Grant of Copyright License

You hereby grant Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works in any form and under any license, including proprietary licenses.

3. Originality

You represent that each of Your Contributions is Your original creation, or that You have sufficient rights to grant the rights described in this Agreement. You also represent that Your Contribution does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. No Obligation

You are not required to make Contributions, and We are not obligated to accept or include Your Contributions into any project.

5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement between You and Us with respect to Contributions, and supersedes all prior communications.

By submitting a Contribution, You accept and agree to the terms of this Contributor License Agreement.
