The fix is to download the Apple Research app and enroll to the Heart program.

You mean the fix for AFD? Do you need to stay enrolled or you can quit it after it is enabled?

This V2 file works for ECG enablement and you can take a manual ECG, however, the continuous background Irregular Rhythm Notifications feature still give a "not supported in your region" warning! Same for the Apple Research app, which you cannot install. I guess there might be other plist files which are likely checking for required keys that are missing for now!

Devices tested:

• iPhone 13 Pro
• Apple Watch Series 7 41mm

OS (latest):

• iOS 15.0.1
• watchOS 8.1

I confirm that. Irregular stays disabled.

what about this file ? witch one is good and work?
updating to ios 16 and watch os9 , don't have ecg app at watch and need again to setup
is this gonna fix if i try this again ?
